5/5第六講 居家保健-心、肺保健與肌耐力訓練

課堂上老師先帶我們認識心臟、肺臟,以及我們在呼吸時,身體循環的狀況
“周邊肌肉無力”和”呼吸肌無力”會造成運動限制及無法從事日常生活活動
該如何正確呼吸,才能輕鬆又足夠
該如何正確咳嗽,才能將身體廢物咳出呢
身體活動強度分類
運動前先了解每項身體活動的狀況,搭配身體的能力,適度調整運動,才能達到訓練的效果!
依據身體活動強度分類 衛生福利部國民健康署之身體活動強度分類
- 身體不活動:靜態生活的內容,也就是大部分日常時間都處在坐式型態。
- 輕度身體活動:不太費力的輕度身體活動,日常生活的基本身體活動多屬之,可以流暢的說話而不感到困難。因對於心跳率提升效 果不大。
- 中等費力身體活動:身體活動達中等費力程度,持續從事10分鐘以上還能舒服地對話,但無 法唱歌。這類活動會讓人覺得有點累,呼吸及心跳比平常快一些,也會流一些 汗,欲促進健康,建議身體活動強度應達到中等費力以上。
- 費力身體活動:身體活動達費力程度,持續從事10分鐘以上時,將無法邊活動邊跟人輕 鬆說話。這類活動會讓身體感覺很累,呼吸和心跳比平常快很多,也會流很多 汗。
可透過說話測試,來確定自己的身體活動費力程度
課程最後老師帶我們運動,教導我們平時該如何做足保健!!
