老師用自身的經驗,與大家分享該如何準備退休及退休後的生活
人生是一段獲得與失去的過程
在不同階段,面臨的考驗都不同,在上下坡的過程中,體悟獲得與失去
你覺得是上坡好爬還是下坡好走呢?
面對獲得容易,適應失去卻很難,我們都要學習、調整接踵而來的過程
而我們可以透過身、心、靈來整合老年生活
老師分享他找到自己喜歡的事情--運動
透過運動,鍛鍊自己的身體,保持夢想,尋找不同的人生意義
最後老師以村上春樹的一段話,作為課堂的結束,也帶給大家不同老的狀態
『我一直以為人是慢慢變老的,其實不是,人是一瞬間變老的』
『對自己不放棄的人,就不會老。老去的只是生理年齡,不老的是心理特質』
