Do you often feel sore at your shoulders and neck? Or do you have problems with your sitting gesture? Mostly, for office workers and students, after an eight-hour sitting, they always feel stiff and sore when they’re back home.
Today, we’ll teach you a few simple gestures to solve the stiff problems of your body and keep it in a good shape. Let us take a look at the article below!
★Child’s pose-Child’s pose is a suitable exercise for stretching your body. It has relaxing effects for your neck, back, core and ankle.
First, kneel down with your hands and feet on the ground, then put your hips as backward as you can(the closer to your ankle, the better). With your hands continuing to support your body, and your chest be closed to your thigh, keep your hands straight till you feel your back and the side of your body being stretched. Or, you could try to flip your palm upwards to feel a different kind of stretching.
★Cat pose
Keep your feet in the same width as your shoulder and being in a kneeling position with your head downwards.
Tighten up your belly while breathing in and arch your back with your breath stops for a while.
Upwards your hips and move your hands forward as much as you could (just as the gesture of a cat stretching itself).
★Lie down and reach your foot out
You could put both of your hands at the side of your body and reach your foot out to the opposite side of it. In the process, keep your upper back, both of your shoulders and your arms tightly on the ground. This is a gesture that can comforts the muscle of your body. You can also try to bend your legs over and same as the above, keep your upper back and shoulders on the ground, bend your feet to the right or the left and feel the stretch of your hips.
★★★Specially recognizing, your knees won’t feel pain in the same time!
If you do these three gestures every day, the results could be seen easily. Still, you have to be aware that the problems of poor body position can’t be solved in a short time. Only when we are willing to spend time and complete the gestures exactly as they were taught, it is a promising future that we could keep our body in a great shape!
