How Old is Your Body? Let These 5 Circulatory Tests Tell You

Does your actual age equal your biological age? Many people look young on the outside, but deep down they feel weak, tired, sore and stiff, and the feelings constantly remind them that their circulatory system is ageing.

 Here are 5 circulatory test that can help you understand your actual age


Test 1: How’s the circulation of head and neck?

Method: Join two hands with fingers interlocked, then have your palms face up and stretch your arms till they close tightly by both ears.

  • Cannot touch your ears, or touching them causes your arms to shiver. 1 point
  • Can touch both ears, but it causes the shoulder to feel sore and tight. 2 points
  • Able to close tightly by the ears. 3 points


Test 2: How’s the circulation of waist?

Method: Join two hands with fingers interlocked, then bend down with your arms stretched out. Stand still without bending your knees with legs closed and try to touch the ground with your palms.

  • Cannot touch the ground. 1 point
  • Manage to touch the ground with your fingertips. 2 points
  • Can easily and fully touch the ground with your palms. 3 points

 

Test 3: how’s the circulation of shoulder?

Method: Place your palms together behind your back. Make sure your palms are facing each other and that your fingertips face upward.

  • Mange to place your palms together, but your fingertips barely exceeds your waist height. 1 point
  • Can place your palms together behind your back, but your fingertips only reach your shoulder blades. 2 points
  • Can easily place your palms together behind your back, and your fingertips can almost touch your neck. 3 points


Test 4: How’s the circulation of legs?

Method:

1.   Perform a squat. The distance between your feet should match the width of your shoulders, then slowly sit down.

2.   The angle between your lower abdomen and your thigh should be 90 degrees. The angle between your thigh and calf should also be 90 degrees.

3.   Perform a squat for at least 3 minutes.

  • Cannot reach 90 degrees, or your legs feel sore or even shaky. 1 point
  • Can do a squat for less than 3 minutes, or feel sore after doing one. 2 points
  • Can do exactly as the method says, and does not feel sore even after 3 minutes. 3 points


Test 5: How’s the circulation of organs?

Method:

1.   Close your legs, including your heels and toes.

2.   Slowly bend down and hug your knees, your knees should close together, too.

3.   Let your hip touch your heels and sit on your heel while your feet remain on the ground without lifting.

  • Cannot touch your heels, or have fallen to the ground. 1 point
  • Can touch your heels, but cannot touch your breasts at the same time. 2 points
  • Can easily sit on your heels while hugging the knees. Also, your breasts can touch your knees. 3 points



Test results – Please add up your scores for the 5 tests!

13~15 points: Biological age is 20-year-old

10~12 points: Biological age is 40-year-old

9 points: Biological age is 60-year-old
