Are Your Eyes Feeling Sore?

Just 6 simple steps to give your eyes the rest they need. No matter how busy you are, don’t forget to do the eye exercise!

Step 1: Look up, pause for 3 seconds. Look down, pause for another 3 seconds. Repeat this action 3 times.

Step 2: Look to the right, pause for 3 seconds. Look to the left, pause for 3 seconds. Repeat this action 3 times.

Step 3: Look to the upper-right, pause for 3 seconds. Look to the upper-left, pause for 3 seconds. Repeat this action 3 times.

Step 4: Roll your eyes clockwise 3 times, then do it counter-clockwise 3 times. Blink several times to relax.

Step 5: Close your eyes tightly for 10 seconds, then relax.

Step 6: Open your eyes wide for 10 seconds, then relax.


If you remain seated for long hours a day, remind yourself to stand up and stretch your body every hour. Do the eye exercise along and move your body as you roll your eyes around. You will find that after 5 minutes of exercising, you are once more full of energy and all your soreness will be gone!


Do you feel more relaxed now? It’s alright if you don’t feel anything right now. Remember to do these exercises daily to relax your eye muscles so you will feel better day by day.
