帶我們認識骨鬆小知識
• 骨質疏鬆症是一種「骨質減少」的疾病,是骨質的溶解超過骨質的形成,造成骨質稀鬆多孔萎縮,單位體積內骨質含量及骨小樑減少,除了骨質異常減少外,骨內微小結構亦逐漸變得脆弱,而呈現容易骨折的狀態。
- 正常骨質:骨密度標準差>-1。
- 骨質稀少:骨密度標準差介於-1及-2.5之間。
- 骨質疏鬆:骨密度標準差<-2.5。
- 嚴重的骨質疏鬆:骨密度標準差<-2.5,並且已有因骨質疏鬆所引起的骨折。
- ((可到醫療院所健檢進行檢測,了解自己的骨質狀況))
★飲食調整
含鈣食物
- 增加尿鈉代謝可降血壓。降低細胞膜通透性,促進血管平滑肌鬆弛,可保鉀。
- 黑芝麻:種子屬土為後天,色黑入腎。
- 芥藍菜 :味甘色青,入胃鬆神經。
- 豆腐:色白入肺,加石膏可清肺熱。
- 芥菜、高麗菜、花椰菜、大白菜、杏仁 等。
簡易藥膳
• 黑豆排骨湯:黑豆半斤、尾冬骨半斤
• 山藥燕麥粥:山藥50g,燕麥100g 砂糖適量
• 海帶肉骨湯:海帶半斤、豬大骨4兩
• 吻仔魚煎蛋:吻仔魚4兩、蛋4個、蔥花少許
• 海帶黑豆湯:黑豆四兩、乾海帶二兩、海藻二兩。
