Protect your heart with 3 Yoga Styles to Make Your Body and Blood Vessels Flexible!

3 steps to make the body flexible and rejuvenate the blood vessels.


Bridge pose

Helps stretch the spine and chest and relieves pressure. This can enhance the hip muscle and train the core muscles.

1. Lie on the floor with your heels close to your thighs, place your hands on the floor with your palms flat.

2. Keep your waist up for 10 seconds then lie flat on the floor.

3. Do a total of 3 rounds, with 10 times in a round.


Chair pose

This position can exercise the legs, shoulders, the muscle on the shoulders, and can stimulate the diaphragm and the heart.

1. Keep your feet together and place your hands on both sides of your body. Squat when you inhale.

2. Keep the hips backwards and stretch your hands upwards with your palms facing inward.

3. Your thighs should not be lower than your knees, and your knees must not exceed your toes. Pause for 3 to 5 breathing sessions and continue this three times.


Extended Triangle Pose

This pose can strengthen the chest, limbs, and legs. It can also increase the body’s flexibility and expand the chest and intercostal muscles, thus helping with the respiratory system.

1. Stand with your legs spread wider than your shoulders while your upper body faces to the right.

2. Hold your right feet with your right hand and don’t bend your knees.

3. Raise your left hand and look up as well. Pause for 3 to 5 breathing sessions, then switch sides. Continue this for three times, you must complete both sides to count as one time.
