一日三餐軟食料理-早餐
「料理影片」容易咬軟質食:早餐-芝麻牛奶(195大卡)、煎蛋吐司(275大卡),總共約470大卡
芝麻牛奶
食材:芝麻粉9克(g)、鮮奶240毫升(ml)
作法:將芝麻粉與鮮奶一同倒入杯中,攪拌均勻,即可飲用。
煎蛋吐司
食材:洋蔥10克(g)、小黃瓜10克(g)、牛番茄30克(g)、雞蛋1顆55克(g)、去邊全麥吐司2片60克(g)
調味料:植物油1茶匙
作法:
1.將小黃瓜、洋蔥洗淨後,以飲用水沖過滅菌,再切成細絲狀。
2.將牛番茄洗淨後,以飲用水沖過滅菌,再切成薄片。
3.於鍋中加入植物油,放入蛋液煎熟。
4.再將洋蔥絲、小黃瓜絲、牛番茄片及荷包蛋,夾入吐司即可。
