Vinegar is a common seasoning in our lives. In recently years, many researches have shown that the benefits brought by vinegar are countless, some of which include helping the digestive system, controlling blood sugar, purifying the blood, etc.
《The Compendium of Materia Medica》written by Shi-Chen, Lee from the Ming dynasty also claims that vinegar can relief swelling and pain, fight bacteria, fight germs, resolve bad breath, help the digestive system, prevent the loss of calcium, etc. However, not the consumption of all vinegars can achieve such benefits. Only those that are naturally-made are healthy for our bodies.
