中醫講堂:提升免疫力 中藥茶飲篇
免疫系統是我們身體的防衛機制,可以幫助我們抵擋外來病原。
當人體免疫系統遇到病毒的時候,第一時間會有先天免疫系統的免疫力對抗外來的病毒感染,
所以我們可以看到年輕的病患通常是輕症,恢復也比較快;
而老年人往往抵抗力不足,容易轉為重症。
就像《黃帝內經》提到的觀念:「正氣存內,邪不可干。」
如果有足夠的免疫力對抗病毒,就不容易感染或是感染後症狀較為輕微。
以下為可以提升免疫力的中醫茶飲:
免疫茶
材料:黃耆10g、炙甘草2.5g
作法:將10g藥材及2.5g炙甘草放入鍋中,大火滾至1-3分鐘,即可飲用。
功效:補中益氣,強化脾胃功能
抗毒湯
材料:金銀花2錢、連翹2錢、甘草1錢。
作法:將所有材料與水1000cc同煮至沸騰,關小火煮10分鐘即可。
功效:清熱解毒,辛涼透表,預防病毒入侵。
玉屏風茶
材料:黃耆3錢、防風3錢、白朮2錢作法:將所有材料與水1000cc同煮至沸騰,關小火煮10分鐘即可。
功效:補中益氣,固表止汗,增強抵抗力,預防感染。
50後的你,其實一點也不老,只要心保持年輕、開放,依舊能夠優雅、充實的過生活。
